Founded in 2002 by Ali and Joe Torre, Safe At Home was created to end the cycle of domestic violence and abuse through education. Safe At Home reaches more than 28,000 students each year and has directly served over 425,000 young people while working with families, schools and communities across the country and world.

Safe At Home’s connection to baseball runs deeper than our name. Rooted in the game’s shared values—respect, teamwork, leadership, and positive role modeling— we partner with Minor League Baseball and several Major League Baseball clubs to raise awareness of domestic violence, abuse, bullying, and harassment, which perpetuate cycles of harm in relationships and communities. Safe At Home expands access to trusted resources and inspires meaningful engagement with our mission.

We encourage all fans to visit www.safeathome.org for resources that can be downloaded, printed, and shared to raise awareness, spark dialogue, support young people, and strengthen prevention efforts to end the cycle of domestic violence and abuse through education.
